What the Review Found
Four units have not changed since 2019, and two of them name software we no longer teach.
Students spend 38% of contact time on assessment rather than teaching.
Employers on the panel asked for the same thing three years running: more practical hours.
Pass rates hold up, so the case for change is relevance rather than results.

Every unit carries its brief and its grading grid before the semester ends.

Two days before enrollment, with the material already finished.
Rebuilding in house costs $64k and 310 teaching hours, and it is the only option that both fits our students and keeps the material ours. It cannot be ready for September, so the recommendation is to patch once and rebuild for the year after.
