Terms of service

MakeOnepagers is made by EmpiresOne Studios LLC, 14328 Capridge Rd, Aledo, TX 76008, United States. When these terms say “we”, that is who they mean. Using the site or the app means you agree to them.

You give us a document, a link or a subject. We read it and hand back a one-page summary you can edit, download as a PDF, a Word file or a PNG, or share as a link. The page is written by an AI model from your material. Read it before you send it: it is fast and usually right, and it is still your document to check.

You sign in with a link sent to your email, or Google. There is no password to keep. One person, one account. You are responsible for what is made under your sign-in, and for keeping your inbox secure, because your inbox is your key.

A plan starts with a 7-day free trial that includes 3 one-pagers. A card is required to start it and it is not charged during the trial. On day 8 the plan you chose is charged, monthly or yearly as you picked, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep the service until the end of the period you paid for.

Pages included with a plan roll over for 2 months, and 3 on Starter, for as long as the plan is running. If you cancel, whatever is left goes with the plan.

You can also buy single pages at the price shown on the site. Those work differently: pages you buy do not expire and do not renew.

One trial per person. If your card is declined at the end of the trial, the plan does not start and nothing is charged.

If a plan is not for you, tell us at hello@makeonepagers.com within 7 days of a charge and we refund it in full. After that, charges for the current period are not refunded, and cancelling stops the next one.

The documents you give us and the pages that come back are yours. We claim no rights over them. You can use the pages for anything, including selling them, with no credit to us required.

Your document is sent to the AI model to write the page and is not kept on our servers. The model provider deletes inputs within 30 days and does not use them to train models. If you turn on account saving, the finished page is stored with your account so you can open it on another device; the original document still is not. The privacy policy has the full list.

Do not use the service to make pages that are unlawful, that you have no right to make from the material you give us, or that are meant to deceive. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it. We can close an account that does any of these, and we will say why.

We work to keep the service up and the output good, and we do not promise either is perfect. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we email you before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page is the last change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
