Privacy policy
What we collect, what we never keep, who touches it, and how to get it deleted.
The short version
Your document is read once and not stored. The finished page is stored only if you turn on account saving. We keep your email so you can sign in, and counts of what you made so we can bill you. We do not sell data and we do not run ad trackers.
What we collect
Your email address, to sign you in and to send you the emails below. What you made: for each page, when it was made, how long the source was, and what it cost us, without the content. Billing: your plan, your balance and your Stripe customer id; your card details stay with Stripe and never reach us. Site visits: which pages are viewed, with a one-way hash of the visit that identifies nobody and sets no cookie.
What we never keep
The document, link or text you give us. It goes to the AI model to write your page and is not written to our servers or our logs. The model provider, Anthropic, deletes it within 30 days and does not use it to train models. If you turn on account saving, the finished page is kept with your account until you delete it; the original document still is not.
Emails we send
Sign-in links, a welcome, a note when your pages are running low, a reminder before a trial charges, and receipts. These are about your account and cannot be unsubscribed from without closing it. Anything else we ever send will carry an unsubscribe link and will only go to people who asked for it.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts the site. Supabase holds your account, your balance and any saved pages. Anthropic runs the AI model. Stripe handles payment. Resend delivers our emails. Each one holds only what its job needs, under its own terms, and none of them is allowed to use your data for anything else.
Cookies
One cookie, for your sign-in session. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and nothing that follows you to other sites.
Your rights
Ask us at hello@makeonepagers.com for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or California, the rights those laws give you apply in full.
Children
The service is for people 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we email you first. The date at the top is the last change.
