About this Pastor Search Profile one pager template

A church profile written for a lead pastor search. Search committees and elder boards hand it to candidates so they can see the church and the role at a glance. It shows how members take part, where the search stands step by step, the kind of shepherd the church wants, the founding year, attendance, membership and staff size, the reporting line, preaching load and pay range, and how to apply.
