About this New Menu Launch Sheet one pager template

Launch day goes smoothly when every server can recommend the new dishes. This new menu launch sheet one pager template leads with the one thing staff must act on, then shows each dish with its price, highlight and story, the launch timeline and an expected sales chart, around a food photo. Restaurant owners, chefs and franchise teams use it to brief staff and partners. The sales chart gives the kitchen a target for the first weeks. Add your own dishes and dates and the whole team is ready on day one.
