About this AI Pilot Proposal one pager template

Leaders say yes to AI when the test is small, the bar is clear and the risks are fenced. This AI pilot proposal one pager does all three. It names the problem, then what the pilot tests and a pass bar table: the numbers that decide go or stop. A week-by-week schedule runs from loading help articles to shadow mode to live use, the cost shows software, setup hours and the total, and guardrails list what the tool may never do. A final strip names who decides and when. Operations, support and IT leads send it to the budget owner before buying any AI tool.
